Joint Sealants
Structural -	1 part Polysulphides – cartridge sealants which are flexible, various colours available. Thioflex One from Fosroc. 2 part Polysulphides – require mixing, and applying by barrel gun; limited colours. Thioflex 600 Gun Grade from Fosroc.Fire resisting sealants - Flamex One Intumescent Sealant from Fosroc. Silicones – grades for kitchens, bathrooms and general purpose – very flexible, various colours.
Floors -	2 part Polysulphide - Thioflex 600 Gun or Pouring grade; suitable for roadways and warehouse floors. 1 part Polyurethane – Rallithane 810 in 310ml cartridges; suitable for saw cuts in floors, reservoir spillways; has good adhesive properties.
Also available are biodegradation resistant sealants for use in water treatment works, ‘hard’ flexible sealants for floor joints where resistance to abrasion and joint edge support is required, and hot-melt bitumen sealants for roadways and forecourts. We stock fibreboard and foam expansion joint fillers, and will cut strips of both materials.
To seal water leaks we have Hydraulic Cements, Waterplug, and Sika-type liquid additives for cement
